the cause of your weight gain.

Weight Loss starts with Improving your DIGESTION and Getting Healthy. If you have poor digestion and eat garbage
all the time, you can't Loose Weight or Get Healthy.
(See Digestion)

Having enough IODINE in your body is essential for good Digestion. (Click on IODINE for details)

Iodine is also essential for the Thyroid gland, the Master gland for the body. The Thyroid controls metabolism and has a direct relationship to the
Pancreas which controls blood sugar regulation.

You can't loose weight without a proper functioning Thyroid gland. (See

I have now lost 20 pounds and 1 1/2 inches of Belly Fat by eliminating Trans Fats and without exercising.

Many questions have been asked about TRANS FATS, so I am taking this opportunity to enlighten you.

Trans Fats are formed during the heating and frying of oils at high temperatures and during processing of edible oils.

The Truth:  0 TRANS FAT on a label can mean 0.5 (1/2 gram) grams or less of Trans Fat per serving

The FDA has given food manufacturers an opportunity to lie about the amount of trans-fats on their labels. Trans-fat content of 0.5 (1/2 gram)
grams or less per serving can be labeled as 0 trans-fats. If any label has the words hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated or Canola oil on it, it
contains trans-fats even when the label states 0 trans-fats.

Trans fats are formed from hydrogenation, a chemical process that changes a liquid oil into a solid fat. Trans fats are found in processed foods,
such as snack foods, cookies, fast foods, and some stick or solid margarines. Some peanut butters are Fully Hydrogenated and can have a
shelf life of two years. If you or your children eat peanut butter, only use organic that has to be refrigerated.

Trans fats are considered to be the most harmful to one's health. They are linked to Obesity, Diabetes, Clogging of arteries, Heart Disease, etc.

  • Damage to the functions of cell membranes. When trans-fats attach themselves to the cell walls, the cell becomes rigid and the large
glucose molecules can't penetrate and increases insulin levels in the blood and contributes to Insulin Resistance
  • Increase the number and size of adipose cells producing BELLY FAT
  • Increases Total Cholesterol, Decreases HDLs and Increases LDLs levels. The more trans-fats you eat, the more it affects your
    cholesterol levels
  • Weakens immunity
  • Lead to childhood asthma

Monounsaturated Fat
Monounsaturated fats -- from olive oil, nuts, seeds, fish and avocados, for example -- are extremely heart healthy. The Mediterranean diet,
which is associated with less incidence of virtually every disease, is heavy in monounsaturated fat.

Polyunsaturated Fats (Omega 6 and Omega 3)
In our typical diet of highly processed foods, we get far too many Omega-6's (found in vegetable oils like safflower and sunflower) and far too
few omega-3's (found in flaxseeds, flaxseed oil and fish oil). Omega-3 fats protect the heart and the brain, support circulation, boost mood and
lower blood pressure. While both Omegas are good, most of us to eat need more healthy Omega-3's. Mackeral, sardines, and cold water fish
like wild salmon are wonderful sources of Omega-3's, as are fish oil supplements. Flaxseeds (and flaxseed oil) are one of the best plant

Weight Loss Program
It is important to have a baseline of information before you start your program. The information should consist of your:
  • Weight, Waist Size and Height
  • Body Fat%,
  • Urine & Saliva pH, (See Lab Test for details), Urine Sugar,
  • Blood Sugar and Hemoglobin A1c levels, (ordered by your doctor).  Keeping your blood sugar between 70 & 80 will make
your body burn excess body fat
  • Blood Pressure (right & left arm & standing) (See Blood Pressure for details),
  • Heart Rate (see Heart)
  • Breath holding time (see Lungs) A low breath hold time may indicate and ACID body
  • Body Temperature before you get out of bed in the morning. A low body temperature may indicate low thyroid
  • Hair Mineral Analysis ( See Hair Analysis for details).
  • It is also important to have Blood and Urine lab tests done.

It is also important to know How Many Symptoms You Currently Have. As you change your eating habits and add nutrition,  your  symptoms will
decrease and your baseline of information will change.

My personal experience.
I followed the Weight Watchers Point System for about three weeks and decided to make a big change in the program. Weight Watchers and all
other plans allow you to eat foods with Trans Fats, Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrated oils, High Fructose Corn Syrup drinks & foods and
Processed Foods which are dangerous for your health.

I decided to eliminate all Trans Fats, Hydrogenated and Partially Hydrated oils, processed foods,  most breads, pastries, sugar, etc. I also
stopped cooking in oils, even Olive Oil. All oils at high temperatures can turn to Trans Fats. Olive oil is best used on salads. I use Butter for
cooking. I stopped drinking all High Fructose Corn Syrup soft drinks, energy drinks, etc. I use honey in my coffee.

I have now lost 20 pounds in the past four months and have a few more pounds to loose. Since my Chest fell in my Drawers, I must start an
exercise program to redevelop my chest.

I am done with the two month Parasite Cleanse, (see Parasites)
I am on a Specialized Vitamins & Mineral Program, Omega 3/6 combination, Yogurt, Apple Cider Vinegar, etc.

My breakfast consist of a three egg omelet with milk, lots of Cayenne Pepper, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Onions, Sea Salt and Tony Chatcher's
Original CREOLE Seasoning and coffee with milk and honey.

I started eating 2-3 oranges for lunch, or apples, bananas, or Natural Peanut Butter & Jelly, etc.
I stopped eating dessert at  supper. When I eat dessert, I will eat it at lunch time.

It is important to eat as early as possible. If you eat too late, 8-10 PM, your body doesn't have enough time to digest your food and start repairing
I ate chicken, fish, pork or red meat with a vegetable. It is important to eat a dark green salad, spinach, green beans, asparagus, etc.

I will keep you informed of my progress.
